Kyiv, Ukraine - July 20, 2017 - Ukrproduct Group Limited (the "Company") (AIM: UKR), one of the leading producers and distributors of branded dairy foods and beverages (kvass) in Ukraine, announces that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company (the "AGM"), which took place on July 20, 2016, were duly approved.
