Directors' Interest in Shares

VEGA Group PLC (the Company) announces the following changes in directors'
interests in shares.


On 7 August 2007 the Remuneration Committee made the following option awards
over 5p ordinary shares in the Company under the terms of the 2004 Share Option
Scheme at 237.5 pence each:

The performance conditions attached to these awards relate to growth in adjusted
EPS which must be at least RPI plus 3% measured over three years.
