The Company was notified on 21 October 2011 that Aldersgate Investment Managers LLP ("Aldersgate") has decreased its holding in ZincOx. Aldersgate now holds the total voting rights attaching to 4,620,400 ordinary shares, representing 5.9342% of the total voting rights of the Company.
