of Authority National Supply (ANS), a building materials
company with $30 million in annual revenue run-rate. The
acquisition is the sixth takeover to date and represents a major
turning point for Innovest.

completes the validation of our business model in the eyes of our
primary audience,” said Innovest Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer, Dan Martin. “Because our strategy is validated and we are
getting the results we predicted, we are just getting started and
can now work to scale this growth significantly.”
The major news comes as the company just recently
signed a Letter of Intent to acquire another building materials
company, Midwest Curtainwalls, which generates $10-12 million
in annual revenues.
This is all part of the company’s growth plan to
continue to scale into key industries. With the completion of the
ANS acquisition, Innovest Global now has a Commercial &
Industrial, Biotech & Health Sciences, and Building Materials
divisions under its conglomerate business model.
