AFG just gave each employee a contribution directly into their 401k of 3%

American Financial Group, Inc. (AFG), is a holding company, which through subsidiaries, is engaged primarily in property and casualty insurance, focusing on specialized commercial products for businesses, and in the sale of traditional fixed and indexed annuities and a range of supplemental insurance products, such as Medicare supplement. AFG manages its business as three segments: property and casualty insurance, annuity and supplemental insurance, and other, which includes holding company assets and costs and the assets and operations of the managed investment entities.
