I am 100% familiar with the new OTC tier rule regarding OTC pink limited that is effective June 2025. Even with a minimal filling majority of the stocks would stay "Pink Limited" and will not fall into expert market anymore.

Like last Friday, Monday, notice someone showed sell 20M shares. They are using their own shares to sell short at $0.0002 and buy it back later so the price would stays down perhaps, $0.000001. At 12:35pm, someone submitted a buy 250K at $0.0003. They overshortened it. The H stock is actual shares
