Authority for the admission to the official List of 650,000 Ordinary 1p shares
by way of a block listing.


The shares are expected to be issued in connection with the exercise of options
under the Kier Group plc Sharesave Scheme and will rank pari passu with the
existing class of Ordinary 1p shares.
