(AMEX:MWP), today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per share of its common stock for an implied annual rate of $0.50 per share. MarkWest's Board has declared that the dividend is to be paid on February 22, 2006, to the stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 15, 2006.
