I was seeing a much different Ave for this. Would be nice to see it happen on many levels.

Entirely possible.  But the stakes are so high and the range of possible outcomes being so unknown and a multitude of other factors including intransigence and wealth of the principals of the two main defendants make that unlikely anytime soon IMO.
