Ultimate Franchise Systems Strategy Meeting Concludes Emphasizing
Four Key Areas for 2005 HEATHROW, Fla., Jan. 27

(OTC:UFSY) (BULLETIN BOARD: UFSY) concluded its 2005 forecast and
planning meeting last Friday with a company-wide mandate to better
coordinate strategic growth and operational plans during 2005. The
meeting came after a year of significant unit growth for UFSY when
the company grew its number of franchise affiliates from 440 units
to over 600 at year's end. "2004 was a year of significant unit
growth for our company. We added Obee's(R) (OTC Pink Sheets: OBFC),
Juicy Lucy's, Westshore Pizza, and Uncle Al's Famous Hot Dogs to
our family of UFSY brands," explained UFSY CEO Christopher Swartz.
"During this meeting, our executives identified and agreed on four
key areas we believe will best grow their operations and UFSY.
Focus, refinement, enhancement and expansion will be our key words
for 2005." The four key UFSY strategic initiatives discussed for
2005 were: 1. Refinement and expansion of UFSY services in such
areas as purchasing, marketing, legal and accounting support for
its franchisee network. 2. Focus on adapting to the changes in
market conditions and consumer interests in eating out. 3.
Expansion of new franchise operations through association with
FransAction, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: FCTN) 4. Enhanced coordination
and dissemination of company events through Investor Relations
programs. The three-day meeting was attended by key executives from
Sobik's Subs, Li'l Dino's Deli and Grille, Central Park Hamburgers,
N.Y. Burrito, Westshore Pizza, Juicy Lucy's, and obee's (R) soups
salads and subs. A follow-up meeting in the summer of 2005 has been
