Independence Air to Begin Service to Charleston, WV Tomorrow 6 Daily Flights to Washington, DC and Connecting Cities Begin July 23rd Dulles, Va., July 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Independence Air will begin low-fare service to Yeager Airport (CRW) tomorrow, July 23rd with six daily, non-stop flights to Washington Dulles International Airport.
