Very low. NASDAQ investors will take a pass on a company that only owns undeveloped patents and has no cash to develop them. It was very telling that over 99% of the SPAC public stock was redeemed prior to this deal happening.

The BNIX deal with GTCH is delayed again. How hard could it be to consummate? Doesn't bode well for either company. Unknowns for SHs exist and are very much in play here. Two more months and the deal falls through?
