7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May
11, 2010, China Wind Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”)
issued a press release to announce its earnings guidance for the fiscal year
2010. Also on May 11, 2010, the Company issued a press release to announce that
it be conducting a conference call at 9:00 a.m. ET on Friday, May 14, 2010 to
discuss results for the first quarter of fiscal 2010. Copies of the press
releases are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2,
respectively.
In
accordance with General Instruction B.2 of Form 8-K, the information in Item
7.01 of this Current Report on Form 8-K, including Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, shall
not be deemed to be "filed" for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities
Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or otherwise subject to the liabilities of

14, 2010, the Company announced its results of operations for the quarter ended
March 31, 2010. A copy of the Company’s March 31, 2010 press release
