The annual report of Goldenstone Acquisition Limited (the “Company”) on Form 10-K for the year ended March 31, 2023 could not be filed within the prescribed time period because the work necessary to complete the Form 10-K could not be completed by the deadline. The Company currently expects to file the Form 10-K for the year ended March 31, 2023 within the fifteen-day extension period provided under Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
