  Other Events
 
On May 28. 2008, HydroGen Corporation (the “Company”), through its wholly-owned subsidiary, HydroGen, LLC, implemented a reduction-in-force resulting in the termination of 61 full-time employees, two part-time employees, three interns and the services of 10 independent contractors. On May 28, 2008, the Company also issued a press release announcing such reduction-in-force. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
