( 2)  The option vested and became exercisable in five equal annual installments beginning on May 14, 2008, as follows: 20% of the shares subject to the option vested on each of May 14, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012.
( 3)  The restricted stock vests and becomes freely transferrable in three equal annual installments beginning on September 1, 2016, as follows: 500 shares vest on each of September 1, 2016, 2017, and 2018.
