Item 8.01 Other Events

 

As previously disclosed, PepperLime Health Acquisition Corporation (the “Company”) is exploring options other than liquidation. On February 6, 2024, PepperOne LLC (the “Sponsor”) deposited $16,277.20 (the “Extension Payment”) into the Company’s trust account in order to extend the date by which the Company has to consummate a business combination to February 19, 2024.
