Bonanza Creek Energy Announces Director Resignation

Bonanza Creek Energy, Inc. (NYSE: BCEI) (the "Company" or "Bonanza
Creek") today announced the resignation of Thomas B. Tyree, Jr.
from the Company’s Board of Directors, effective March 4, 2020.
Mr. Tyree joined Bonanza Creek’s Board in April 2017, in
conjunction with the Company’s emergence from bankruptcy, and
served as a member of the Audit Committee and Compensation
Committee of the Board. He has resigned from the Board in
order to pursue a new executive opportunity.
