Mass. Regulator Seeks Information From 401(k) Administrators on Switch to Year-End Contributions -Reports

Massachusetts Secretary of the Commonwealth William Galvin is
looking into the shift toward year-end 401(k) contributions,
according to reports from the Boston Globe and Bloomberg News.
Mr. Galvin has requested that the 25 largest 401(k) plan
administrators provide information including the number of
companies that have switched to year-end matches, the date of the
change and what disclosures were provided to employees, according
to the reports.
