A Delicious Way to 'Dine & Donate' in Pittsburgh Dave &
Buster's Launches Dine & Donate Promotion to Help Fight Hunger
in America DALLAS, Sept. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Dave &
Buster's Inc. (NYSE:DAB), a leading operator of upscale
restaurant/entertainment complexes, has unveiled a delectable new
way to help America's Second Harvest and the fight against hunger.
From Sept. 20 through Nov. 14, the Pittsburgh Dave & Buster's
location and the other 32 locations around the country will feature
six newly created menu offerings as part of the Dine & Donate
fundraising initiative. One dollar from the purchase of every Dine
& Donate menu item sold will be donated to America's Second
Harvest, the nation's food bank network and largest domestic
hunger-relief organization in the United States. This initiative
officially kicks off the new partnership between Dave &
Buster's and America's Second Harvest. Dave & Buster's
Executive Chef Oona Settembre has created six delicious new
appetizer and entree specials for the Dine & Donate promotion.
The selections include mouthwatering appetizers to share including
Smokehouse Sliders -- four mini BBQ sandwiches; California Bar
Chicks -- four mini blackened chicken sandwiches with avocado and
Swiss cheese; and a great dip for the whole table, BBQ Beef Dip --
served with tortilla chips. The entree selections range from a
Tortilla Crusted Tilapia with roasted tomato tequila sauce and a
Chimichurri Shrimp Pasta with artichokes and capers. The new menu
also includes Grilled Shrimp Skewers with three different sauces --
Chimichurri, Chipotle Honey Glaze and Lemon Garlic Glaze -- that
