BEACHWOOD, Ohio, Nov. 15, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Developers Diversified Realty Corporation (NYSE: DDR) today announced that The Sports Authority, HomeGoods and a broad selection of retail shops and restaurants are opening and coming soon to The Shops at Midtown Miami, a 645,000 square-foot mixed-use retail, dining and residential center located in Miami, Florida.

The Sports Authority, a full-line sporting goods chain, plans to open a 34,544 square-foot store in 2011. HomeGoods, an off-price home decor store, opened a 25,182 square-foot location in late fall 2010.

Additional openings this year and next include a wide variety of boutique retailers, off-price fashion and six exciting new restaurants totaling approximately 20,000 square feet.  

With the addition of these new retailers and restaurants at The Shops at Midtown Miami, this Prime property is over 90% leased.
