(NYSE: DDR) declared its third quarter 2015 common stock dividend
of $0.1725 per share, which
represents an increase of 11 percent from the third quarter of
2014. The common stock dividend is payable on October 9, 2015 to shareholders of record at the
close of business on September 22,
2015.
