e-Smart Technologies Enters Into Cooperation Agreement to Provide
Biometric Smartcard System in Turkey LAS VEGAS, Dec. 20

announced today that it recently entered into a Cooperation
Agreement with two companies with the goal of providing e-Smart's
Biometric Verification Security System (BVS2(TM)) and Super
Smartcard(TM) as a City Smart Card and government smartcard in
Turkey, including a National ID Card. The two companies are Olcsan
Cad, an information technology provider in Istanbul, and Daewoo
International Corporation, a Korean multi-industry company. Mary
