EVT Eaton Vance Tax Advantaged Dividend Income Fund

At a meeting held today, the Board of Trustees of Eaton Vance Tax-Advantaged Dividend Income Fund (the �Fund�) (NYSE:EVT), a diversified closed-end investment company, voted to elect Benjamin C. Esty, Allen R. Freedman and Lynn A. Stout as Class I Trustees of the Fund. The Class II and Class III Trustees of the Fund, who serve staggered terms, were not up for election and remain in office. Common Shares of the Fund are traded on the New York Stock Exchange. The Fund is managed by Eaton Vance Management, a subsidiary of Eaton Vance Corp., which is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol EV. Eaton Vance and its affiliates had over $150 billion in assets under management as of April 30, 2007.
