Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 14, 2023, General Electric Company (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K under Item 5.02 pursuant to which it announced that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company had elected Margaret Billson and Thomas Enders to the Board, effective December 1, 2023. At that time, the Board had not yet appointed Ms. Billson or Mr. Enders to any Board committee.

In accordance with Securities and Exchange Commission rules, this amendment to the Form 8-K dated November 14, 2023 is being filed to report that on February 29, 2024, the Board appointed Ms. Billson to the Audit Committee and Mr. Enders to the Management Development & Compensation Committee, effective April 2, 2024.
