Inland Real Estate Corporation (NYSE: IRC) announced that today
it has paid a cash dividend of $0.169271 per share on the
outstanding shares of its 8.125% Series A Cumulative Redeemable
Preferred Stock, $0.01 par value per share (the “Series A Preferred
Stock”) to holders of record of Series A Preferred Stock at the
close of business on August 3, 2015.
The Company has also paid a cash dividend of $0.139965278 per
share on the outstanding shares of its 6.95% Series B Cumulative
Redeemable Preferred Stock, $0.01 par value per share (the “Series
B Preferred Stock”) to holders of record of Series B Preferred
Stock at the close of business on August 3, 2015.
