Annual Meeting for Five Pioneer Investments’ Closed-End Funds To Be Held on September 24, 2013

Pioneer Investment Management, Inc. announced today that the
annual shareholder meeting for Pioneer Diversified High Income
Trust (Stock Symbol: HNW), Pioneer Floating Rate Trust (Stock
Symbol: PHD), Pioneer High Income Trust (Stock Symbol: PHT),
Pioneer Municipal High Income Trust (Stock Symbol: MHI) and Pioneer
Municipal High Income Advantage Trust (Stock Symbol: MAV) will be
held on Tuesday, September 24, 2013. With respect to each fund,
shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 15, 2013
will be entitled to vote at the meeting. At the 2013 annual
shareholder meeting, shareholders of each fund will be asked to
elect trustees.
These funds are closed-end investment companies. Pioneer
Investment Management, Inc. is each fund’s investment adviser.
Closed-end funds, unlike open-end funds, are not continuously
offered. There is a one-time public offering and once issued,
common shares of closed-end funds are bought and sold in the open
market through a stock exchange and frequently trade at prices
lower than their net asset value. Net asset value (NAV) is total
assets less total liabilities divided by the number of common
shares outstanding.
