RAMCO Properties Announces the Appointment of Timothy Collier as Executive Vice President of Leasing

(“RAMCO”, the
“Company”) announced today the appointment of industry
veteran Timothy Collier as Executive Vice President of Leasing,
effective on or before August 3, 2018. Mr. Collier will be a
member of the executive management team reporting to Brian Harper,
President and Chief Executive Officer, and will be responsible for
the establishment and oversight of the Company’s leasing and
merchandising strategies.

the recent hire of Michael Fitzmaurice as Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Collier has over 20 years of experience in
the real estate industry, and most recently served as Head of
Leasing for Acadia Realty Trust (“Acadia”) where he was responsible
for the retention and growth of existing tenants in the portfolio’s
legacy properties, fund assets and development projects. Prior to
joining Acadia, Mr. Collier held various leasing positions with
Kimco Realty Corporation, Pyramid Management Group and Eklecco,
LLC.
Mr. Collier received his B.A. from State
University of New York at Oswego, is a Licensed Real Estate
Salesperson in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and a member of
the ICSC.
