TreeCon Resources is making available certain financial information regarding the Company's financial performance. The financial information covering the three months ended March 31, 2007 contained in this release is unaudited and has not been reviewed by the Company's auditors. TreeCon Resources, formerly known as Overhill Corporation, is a holding company that, through its subsidiaries, distributes, leases and provides financing for industrial and logging equipment and is also engaged in sawmill operations. Net revenues for the second quarter ending March 31, 2007 were $10,500,324, an increase of $398,322 from the $10,102,002 recorded in the quarter ended March 31, 2006. Gross profit for the second quarter of fiscal 2007 was $2,281,976, a decrease of $284,879 from $2,566,855 from the prior year. Operating income for the second quarter was $645,451, a decline of $298,661 from $944,112 for the second quarter 2006. Net income for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 was $424,927, or $.0228 per share compared to $601,190 or $.0323 per share in the same quarter of 2006.
