Further to our previous notification of 14 March 2002, I now wish to update you
of the extent of the combined interests of Companies in the Zurich Financial
Services Group (which includes Eagle Star Life Assurance Company of Ireland
Limited and its subsidiaries and clients) in the ordinary shares of Green
Property Plc.  We understand that there are 103,079,060 ordinary shares of Green
Property in issue at 30 June 2002.



I wish to confirm that during the week ending 30 June 2002, the combined
shareholdings of entities in the Zurich Financial Services Group Plc has
decreased to 3,154,789 ordinary shares (previously 5,215,462 ordinary shares) in
Green Property Plc and this amounts to 3.06% (previously 5.06%) of the Issued
Ordinary Share Capital.

Limited and its subsidiaries and clients) in the ordinary shares of Green
Property Plc.  We understand that there are 103,079,060 ordinary shares of Green
Property in issue at 30 June 2002.



I wish to confirm that during the week ending 12 July 2002, the combined
shareholdings of entities in the Zurich Financial Services Group Plc has
decreased to 819,166 ordinary shares (previously 3,154,789 ordinary shares) in
Green Property Plc and this amounts to 0.795% (previously 3.06%) of the Issued
Ordinary Share Capital.
