Following its recent success in Quebec with the installation of bedside
terminals in Saint-Eustache hospital (CSSS du Lac-des-Deux-Montagnes), the
Jewish Rehabilitation Hospital in Montreal and the Memorial Sloan-Kettering
Cancer Center in Brooklyn, New York, Extenway Solutions Inc. ("Extenway") (TSX
VENTURE:EY) is looking to take on the Canadian market.


With the technology having now proved its worth, both in terms of patient
satisfaction and as a valuable asset to healthcare professionals, Extenway has
presented its solution to several Canadian hospitals. Requests For Information
and Requests For Proposal received, specifying the functionality similar to the
Extenway solution, currently exceed 5,500 beds, and confirms the demand for the
technology offered by Extenway, a Quebec innovation that is now the most
complete in today's market. 


"Since we installed the new terminals, patients have been able to access even
more information, including details about their health, and they are extremely
satisfied with the size of the screen and the possibility of having Internet
access", said Suzanne Aubin, Assistant Head Nurse at Saint-Eustache hospital,
CSSS du Lac-des-Deux-Montagnes, where the Extenway terminals have been
operational at patients' bedsides for the last six months. "We noticed that
patients are extremely satisfied with the new technology and we don't need to
spend as much time playing with the screen, because the picture quality is
excellent."


"The Extenway terminal means I can go on Facebook and keep in touch with my
children", added Daniel Lussier, a patient at Saint-Eustache hospital. "The
service offered by Extenway is way beyond what you generally find in other
hospitals. We've moved from pre-historic times into the modern day!"

To support its development on the Canadian market, Extenway has entered into a
term loan agreement with a financial institution, as reported in the press
release of March 22, 2010. Extenway will also rely on financing from a private
placement of convertible debentures, announced October 15 of this year, for
minimum gross proceeds of three million dollars and maximum gross proceeds of
six million dollars (the "private placement offering"). Extenway anticipates
that this private placement offering will be completed on November 30, 2012.
