Luckystrike Resources Ltd. (LUKY.V) (the “Company” or “Luckystrike”) is pleased to announce that pursuant to a resolution passed by the directors of the Company January 31, 2020, the Company has changed its name to Golden Sky Minerals Corp. Effective at the opening Monday March 2, 2020 common shares of the Company will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the new symbol AUEN.V.

“The reason for the change of name,” says John Newell, President and CEO of the Company, “is that there are too many Luckystrike properties within other companies and another company called Luckystrike Exploration, and it is confusing to investors. Our new name will set us apart.”
