Anglo Canadian Mining
Corp. (the "Corporation") is pleased to announce a private
placement for up to $200,000 to fund continued development of its
100% owned Princeton Copper Gold project located adjacent to the
Copper Mountain. This private placement will consist of 1 million
non-flow through units at a price of $0.05 with a full warrant
exercisable for a period of 2 years; each warrant is exercisable at
$0.08 in the first year and $0.12 in the second year and 3 million
flow through units at a price of $0.05 with a half warrant
exercisable for a period of 2 years; each warrant is exercisable at
$0.08 in the first year and $0.12 in the second year. This
financing is subject to TSX Venture exchange approval.
The Corporation has a
permit to drill up to 10,000 meters in 2013 at the Princeton
project, and pending accessibility to capital may increase the
number of holes as the drilling season continues.
