My biggest fear with any of these stocks is dilution. I have to believe the statement below from the press release, provides any common shareholder some level of protection. I see nixx holding onto the Preferred as ownership control. Thoughts?
"As consideration, AESO is obligated to issue 16,666,667 shares of its own common stock to Wizco's stockholders, subject to downside protection provisions. Additionally, AESO will issue ten million shares of AESO common stock to each of the two Wizco founders as part of an advisory services agreement, with these shares vesting over 12 months."
