Yeah, that is good to know...I had a phone call with Reggie and he told me 23m of DTC shares were purchased at .25c or even higher.

He also stated that once this HyOrc Pilot testing is completed and proven to be successful >> all the manufacturing will take place right away from RJ facility in Italy with their current customers. They can see their revenues jumping up to Billions in just few years.

On top, he mentioned they are working on with some big investors and prefer PPS to stay this low to make it an attractive deal for them.

Also, something about establishing market makers for their company trading...i didn't this part really well.

Sounds a lot of good things happening in the back ground.

Plus, he stated expect a PR soon.

I see that on pages 4 and 5 of the last Q report that private investors from SRE Power were granted restricted shares of ASPZ at $.10

Nice to see the bid getting a bit stronger today at .045 as compared to .032 >> good day coming!

They are working on getting a new IR person based off NY.
They got rid of the previous CPA firm and most likely working on bring in a new legal team as well.
From the 26m DTC shares, 23m were purchased by various insiders at .25c or above. So imagine where this will be going.
No person from previous is involved anymore.
Starting from a clean sheet.
Much more to come...just a beginning!

Who’s doing the IR for this? I seems a shame that the news isn’t getting out. Someone needs to connect with CEO and find out his plans for this, so far it tragic.

This is what I see in the financials that gives a glimpse of where the Total Income came from;

Revenues
The Company has revenues from the operation of the 2MW geothermal power plant in Biliran Philippines and
is entitled to 60% of the operating profits from the project for the lifetime of the project which is expected to be
25 years.
Other Income:
The total other income amounted to $93,788,705 which mainly comprised of gain on bargain purchase of
subsidiary company

I am still trying to understand the details better as I am not a CPA to know everything spelled out in the Q3 financials.

Mzasif where or what business did the 90 million come from? Is it part of the merger? Where are eyes on this?

You probably need to reach out to the CEO yourself to get more clarity on these financial numbers.

I ran it by the CEO...the zero revenue is for HyOrc business which they are still working on. It is other income ($93m) and total asset ($163m) showed in the financials reflects all the other stuff (businesses) they have been involved in.

I believe the company is coming together very well. Everything is looking good to me. I will adding more to my position soon.

This is Massive!!!

It looks like there were quite a few private investors in SRE Power that got shares of ASPZ.

What I don't understand is zero revenue reported. I saw in the website various projects mentioned. Such as the one mentioned here.

McKinney finally gets his back pay.

HyOrc has nothing to fear from those guys. First of all, hydrogen isn't their main focus. Combustion is with a new design for rotary engines. Mazda's RX series uses rotary. I don't know of any other offhand.

And after two decades, they still don't have an engine to sell.

That would be a more realistic expectation for 2025. And audited financials are a requirement for listing as QB.

If I remember correctly the CEO said QB uplisting will come first in 2025 before NASDAQ.

Next week would be nice, but financials aren't due until the Nov 15.

2025 for Nasdaq is probably a tad optimistic. What with meeting their listing requirements and all. But that's not going to be an impediment for their hoped-for success with bringing the engine to market.

Yes, it is impressive what they have to offer.

Yes, Audited financials and Finra will take some time...sometime in 2025.

The Q3 report will prove interesting since the acquisition closed during the quarter. Audited fins, however, are a long ways off.

I am glad to know HyOrc doesn't have a direct competitor in their working space.
I have been supporting this company by purchasing the company's shares as well as getting the word out since you guys took over.

However, there are many potential investors that I know of that won't want to invest in this company until all the books are cleaned up in terms of ticker and name change plus, all assets have been transferred under the new name once assigned. They would also want to see the latest audited financials as well as plans of getting this uplisted to Nasdaq.

They won't believe in a statement that this company will do around $3.4B in the next 4 years as previously stated by you. Until they see through audited financials how well it is doing today and whether it be able to sustain growth in the next many quarters to come. Right now they treat the $3.4B forecast as fluff news which is very typical in the OTC space to consider that.

We all need to understand that the OTC platform is the least reliable trading platform where company scams happen 95% of the time.

I have lived in this OTC world for the last 25 years...since 1999 so I know well how others are thinking.

Just my 2 cents.

Oh wow! from $800 to $2 that is brutal and on top of that an R/S 1:50, would have left nothing for the previous shareholders. Totally barbaric!

Good for them. They've had a pretty tough two and a half years. Went from over $800 to under $2. and that with doing a 1:50 reverse split.

There's is a fuel cell system whereas HyOrc is developing an actual engine. But using hydrogen to create a clean operating system is the same result in both cases. I wonder which application has the greater potential.

Not sure if anyone has seen this news from this morning from Hyzon Motors (HyOrc's direct competitor). This is where Shinichi Hirano (HyOrc's Non-Executive Director) used to work a few years back. Their stock went up 100%+ in the pre trading - HYZN.

You won't get an answer. Even if you do, it won't make sense. If it was a condition that she put on the deal, it is what it is. Maybe she thinks she deserves it for all the years she had the ticker but got nothing for it and this is her way of collecting back pay.
