I think I am going to have to agree with you. Saw large blocks of .0004 going off on Friday. They (AXXA) have not stopped their BS yet despite big brother (THE SEC) watching on.

If by 'transform' you mean 'reverse split', that seems a sure bet.

Even more when you consider they are falsifying reports when it comes to accuracy of notes and interest

1. You don't sell Cds into market

A. You sign a convertible note with a discounted price (i.e.duanne phillipe had a 35 discount) usually lowest pps over previous 20 days b/c you gave company cash.

B. After a year, one can convert for free trading shares assuming company is rule 144 eligible otherwise it is 4a-1 and CDer has to wait 2 years.

C. The company is legally obligated to issue shares whenever a notice of conversion comes in.

D. SO WHEN A/S IS MAXED OUT SOON....BORIS WILL NEED TO DO AN R/S OR RAISE A/S TO MEET CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS

AXXA, 
You keep talking about shareholder value and like AXXA is ready to blast off but you keep raising the share structure that goes against your announcement of working for shareholder value, and your announcement of a share buyback coupled with your audit across all platforms that was suppose to happen already but didn't.  And when I follow the trades during the day I can clearly see large blocks of shares selling at the bid (not the ask) as if someone is either selling CD's or manipulating the share price downward with bad intent contrary to your stated goals.  Please be real to your shareholders.  We no longer need pumped up announcements but actual action on the audit, share buyback etc so we know you are on our side and doing what you say you are doing.  We do not need a carrot in front of the shareholders noses.
A simple note to shareholders that you are looking into why the share price continues to drop while you announce amazing net revenues and year to year debt reduction no longer seems to apply and as the share price continues to descend and looks more like something is shady behind the scenes.  

Too many companies have done what appears to be happening here but only they do not have the appearance of Nasdaq stock like you do with a .0004, .0005 or .0006 price tag with stacked up sells looking like the price of the stock is being shoved downward on purpose despite all the fantastic announcements indicating the share price right now should be in the neighborhood of  .10 cents plus at minimum.  After all your shareholders are not ATM machines only there to conveniently reduce debt for AXXA and then get a reverse stock split down the road forced on us.

Thanks for your time but these positive twitter announcements with the share price descending faster than an eagle going after a fish in the water just doesn't cut it.
