No, in fact, I didn't even notice til just now when I saw your post. I'm pretty much wrapped in ATOM and I'm not paying much attention to anything else- guess I gotta start paying attention.

But, to keep it in perspective, we're still looking at only $9-10,000. It doesn't appear to be steady buying which is what I would expect IF there were something going on. Instead, it looked like some "larger" (10K-20K) blocks traded up and then at least two blocks (17K and 30K) sold off... or at least it looks like it sold off (according to TDA's T&S on the chart) but who knows?

None the less, it's worth keeping an eye imo...

New multi-year today... 0.08 No clue what it means :-/

That would be nice. Like I said before, I don't see the current management, most of whom are in their 70's, doing much. Seems like it's been a play toy or tax haven for them.

Seems to be a few more hits with slightly more size at the ask today .... rather than the usual token prints at both the bid and ask ... Anytime dormant shells like $BISA start showing unusual activity warrants closer watching ... in particular it has been dormant so long and just recently started getting on the pinks .... Heavens knows so many sectors are hot these days ... Weed ... Shrooms ... Bitcoin ... Medical ... bound to be someone looking for a clean shell with a great structure ...

Not moi, (maybe creede)but I've noticed this several times in the past month or so where there are days of volume from 10K to 70K. Not sure the significance (if any) other than maybe somebody is occasionally padding their holdings in case BISA announces an opportunity...

Did you hit it again today? Saw a 2k hit for .021 and then more 500 for .0499 Not sure if those are legit trades or just MM activity keeping the ticker active.

I figure this is the safest shell in the OTCM to park some money.

In the past, there used to be a little trading activity just before the upcoming Q but this seems a bit early given their filing history- estimate for Q reporting is not until mid August. Maybe, they won't have to file an NT this quarter

True. But it may not be just the MM. It may be a trader trying to spark attention with a high buy order. If the MM has a bunch of all-or-none sellers in the queue then he may fill a rediculous order like that just to clear it.

MM's painted the open for 100 shares at .25

It looked good in my account for a few minutes.

I just don't understand why they are allowed to do that in either direction.

I've held a few of these for a while now myself. As time ticks on I've continued to wonder about the purpose of this shell. Other than the CEO I see a lot of 80 and 90 year old guys guiding this ship. Personally I don't expect much unless younger blood gets involved. No offense. I'm just wondering what type of exit strategy does a 90 year old guy need? Does anyone know these people?

It will take a while for BISA to move as many folks don't even know it's moved back to the PINK's ....also a lot of folks likely just going to wipe their hands and sell after sitting on dead money for years and mm's and others just waiting to scoop up those shares .... it moved back on to the PINK's for a reason just need to wait a while longer as everything plays out ...
