Delmar Janovec, BizAuctions' CEO,
comments, "The lease for BizAuctions Lucky 7's Retail-Outlet
store located in San Ysidro Village Center, San Ysidro, CA has been signed as of
April 4, 2011. The retail space is
approximately 3,800 sq. ft. in size and the term of the lease is
for three (3) years with an option for an additional three (3)
years. Upon the completion of the tenant improvements, the
retail-outlet space should be ready for occupancy by late April or
early May. The Retail-Outlet store is located within one half mile
of the San Ysidro USA-Mexico border crossing on the 805 highway and
approximately 1/4 mile from the newly begun expansion to that port.
The port expansion project will result in over 30 plus traffic
lanes with an anticipated opening in 2014. (See attached link for
information on the expansion of the USA-San
Ysidro border crossing at
http://www.kpbs.org/news/2011/feb/24/vips-break-ground-san-ysidro/.)
The San Ysidro USA-Mexico Border is the world's busiest Land
Port of Entry (LPOE) with daily northbound traffic of 50,000
vehicles and 25,000 pedestrians and an expected increase of 50% by
2020. (See attached link for more information at
http://www.gsa.gov/portal/category/21521.) Based upon the
proximity of BizAuctions-Lucky 7's new Retail-Outlet store
to this busy and expanding border crossing and the current sales
trend of the Retail-Outlet store located in our operations
warehouse-office in Otay Mesa, I
firmly believe we will have sales of $5,000
to $10,000, per day, for the San
Ysidro retail store. The BizAuctions-Lucky 7's
customer base is briskly growing due to our loyal Hispanic
community and the weekly advertising in the Hispanic publication,
CUPOMANIA. The BizAuctions-Lucky 7's customers are delighted
to find the assortment of name brand merchandise that is available
in clothing, household items, appliances, and electronics such as
Sony, Toshiba, Panasonic, Vizio, Sharp, and Samsung - all at prices
significantly below retail. In view of the growth of our existing
Retail-Outlet store in Otay Mesa,
and the potential of this new location in San Ysidro, this calendar year and beyond
looks very positive." (For photos of our current Outlet Store,

"BizAuctions closed its Lucky 7's retail store in the
Chula Vista Center in the fall of 2010 in anticipation of opening a
new larger retail location in San
Ysidro, under the name of "Lucky 7's Retail-Outlet"
in order to sell its name brand clothing such as Polo, Ralph Lauren, Buffalo and Lucky jeans,
Gloria Vanderbilt, Ed Hardy, O'Neill, and PING sports apparel, and
other name brand clothing, general merchandise, household products,
appliances, and electronics that will generally bring higher retail
prices versus its customary eBay and Amazon business platforms,
noted CEO, Janovec."
