All year have been selloff candles except for the one in August which had even less volume than today's. So it's not like someone has been loading the boat all along - quite the opposite, in fact.

I saw it too, although it was less than $2000 traded...

It was reinstated at NVSOS two and a half years ago and kept current, but there doesn't seem to have been any recent changes to merit any buying activity. I'm keeping my eye on it though, fir shir.
