OTC Markets reported Kim Halvorson as control person

of DIGI and the CEO dealing with Jason Black and the Tang's. She also had a relative listed as a huge DIGI shareholder.
Anyone have details on how Kim Halvorson was given her position?
I heard Mark Miller assigned her that position and then she issued shares for debt.
Where did that loan money go?

I've heard people are interested in cleaning up this abandoned shell.
