Deep Blue Marine Inc. (PINKSHEETS: DPBE) announced today that the
company recovery ship, the Karli Ann, has returned from the
recovery site on the North Shore. The trip has been very successful
with Captain Billy Rawson and Archaeologist Alejandro Selmi turning
in hundreds of silver coins plus 15 silver splash discs, several
pieces of jade and some smaller pieces of gold to government
officials.
Captain Rawson made the decision to move the Karli Ann from the
recovery site as Hurricane Tomas approached the area. The boat and
crew were harbored and weathered the storm safely. The company
plans to return to the site as soon as conditions allow.
Wilf Blum, President and CEO, stated, "As
always investing in this type of venture is very risky and no one
should invest in this type of venture if they cannot safely
tolerate that risk."
