Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On October 1, 2012, Brandon D. Ray resigned from his positions as director and executive vice president of finance of EGPI Firecreek, Inc. and its subsidiaries, effective as of such date. Mr. Ray’s resignation from the Board was not due to any disagreement with the Company, but was made by Mr. Ray for personal reasons.
