Seems like sharp and the other insider held 43M Shares. I'm curious if those are still possible to cancel or it's too late. I think 70M Shares total could be cancelled looking at the last fillings. Seems like previous management dumped big towards the end.

I believe Belisarian has done share cancellations for their other shells in the past (AIKO and ZHUD), so I suspect they would also consider it for ENCC if feasible. It's a Florida ticker though, so I'm not sure whether judges there are less amenable to these kinds of things than in Nevada. Hoping we get an ENCC update soon.

Hopefully Belisarian cleans it up and brings it current soon. They seem to be making progress with their other shells, but it seems like the custodianship process moves slower in the Florida courts.

I ran a scan on 0.00xx stocks with good structure and this one is at the top portion of the scan.
