Smart move of Adam to ensure his and board members salaries, or they would be hurting as bad as shareholders!

We are writing to inform you of a significant development regarding the financial and operational future of Trans American Aquaculture LLC (TAA), a wholly owned subsidiary of Gold River Productions Inc, DBA Trans American Aquaculture. Due to the note holder filing a deed in lieu foreclosure and the need to protect our key assets, on Friday, December 13, 2024, Trans American Aquaculture LLC filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection under the United States Bankruptcy Code. This decision was not made lightly and reflects our commitment to preserving the value of our company and securing a path forward for sustainable operations and growth.

The Chapter 11 process provides us with the opportunity to restructure our obligations while continuing our day-to-day operations. Our primary objectives during this process are:

Thomas should hold a members-only teleconference and assure shareholders that he and his crew will not take any salary for the 100 year experience slick-legging he performed on innocent investors. Golly gee, NO shareholder meeting, posts removed/altered on twittle, NO help for "suffering veterans."
No "aggressive" name/ticker/uplisting! No imported shrimp workers from Equador.
No "tons of cbd" shrimp gummies.
How many more ways can investors be screwed?
Oh, how about 150% increase on debt and throw in a $100 per day delinquency fee...
But wait, there's more!

Oh maybe if we get someone to seed the board with nincompoop btc fantasy we can inspire the 100 year team to start more shrimp grows to kill for a write-off?

Another perspective, I have always focused on positive aspects of life and gratefulness. Somebody has boughten a lot of shares here recently. Positive news? Just sent an email to Adam and team searching for clues....make it a great day!

Perhaps someone can email Adam & Goulding and tell them to pivot. Just issue debt and buy Bitcoin. No employees and no expenses. Could turn a pretty big portion of shares into Bitcoin immediately. Solve all our problems. Legally easy too doesn't require any changes to simply hold the funds of the company Treasury in Bitcoin. (Even if those funds are $0 now) You might find the offer oversubscribed if investors knew it was Bitcoin they were buying. Look at MSTR.

I had a strong belief in Management and their business plan. Perhaps I was wrong. In the last 2 months I have left 2 very polite voice messages inquiring about any updates at a phone number the Grandas gave me that is supposed to be Adams. No reply at all. Disheartening but I suppose such is reality in the penny stock game. To all longs that held/hold belief hopefully we will get some actual truthful update soon. What a shame, we have money coming back to the OTC, particularly people looking for trips to trade, and here we have no updates, a company seemingly with a good merger opportunity that fell off the face of the earth after a wasted year of BS, and its bagholders embarrased to share that $GRPS might be a good stock for them. Sure I would like to bring interest to $GRPS but management shot themselves in the foot here. Very disaspointing. All they had to do at a minimum was keep up communication, and now now one wants to touch the stock with a 10 foot pole at .0004.

People buy MSTR as a proxy for Bitcoin. Let's make GRPS a call write strategy on BTC options or something interesting.

Somebody call Adam and tell him to pivot to copying Microstrategy. Just issue debt and buy Bitcoin. No employees and no expenses. Just borrow money and buy Bitcoin with it.
Would solve so many problems and could be done immediately with no delay or name change. Announce it as a strategy and investor confidence and awareness will soar. It actually has a chance to work also.

Depository Trust Company...I'm not sure why it's showing zero though. I've only ran across this one other time.

What does this mean? I have asked before and searched, but only can ever find what DTC means.

I noticed that they were accumulating the Held at DTC to almost all of float (around 890k), then a few months ago, it went to zero.
