Seems they've added another mining project in Colorado, usa on their website. I guess greg is still cooking something, albeit silently. Wish we had some official announcements/PRs already, especially the status regarding the RS.

I’m simply on this feed because I happen to personally know one of the principles that purchased the shell and is trying to make something out of this company moving forward. A few websites say something to the effect of "a common reason for an NT 10-Q is a merger or acquisition." Who knows?

But regarding expert market, it seems pointless to file the NT 10-Q if the 10-Q won't be filed anyway, so hopefully it will be filed within the extension period.
