Ben got 7% of common, 32%, no preferred for the shell ownership of $MCIC. @ $0.10, it translates to $1.3m which is decent/reasonable.

I know you always miss my posts. It's actually the caveat emptor label that's pooping on this party. Unless/until that label is removed, there will continue to be lots of poop. I see that you already have the excuse ready for the "company" showing zippo revenue for another quarter. That, we can always count on. How about the revenue from the gloves sale that you said occurred. 1.5 years later and that revenue still won't appear in a filing? Yeah, that makes sense.

With the money/assets mentioned in the PRs, how could MCIC possibly show all zeros in its next filing? If there are all zeros in the filing, then it's clear why there is a Caveat Emptor label. Also, that would be around 15 consecutive quarterly reports with zippo revenue, and I'm sure investors don't want to see that.

Deadline for 1st Q filing is due in 8 days .......most likely MCIC will still be under the shadow of Caveat Emptor and Unsolicited Quotes Only....so maybe the filing will continue with 0's ....
