Their revenues are now lower than the figures in the S1 filing years ago, not sure how that's a good thing. The SS now needs to be addressed, plus shares given at $0.003 values the company at $4.5m? Odd imo.

Dr Korenko was a genius when he fired the incompetent employees before embarking upon the IDE process . Pretty obvious who they are .

I think the numbers are fine - the company is profitable, growing, and $8mm in revenue is decent for the region they operate in. They'll want to expand and take this up to NASDAQ, so they'll definitely be getting those numbers up as financing materializes. What we see now is just the groundwork.
