QRS Music Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:QRSM), a leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of pianos, piano-based audio and multimedia products, music and piano accessories, announced today that Scott "The Piano Guy" Houston, television personality, piano trainer and educator, will be demonstrating Story & Clark pianos and QRS DVD SyncAlong(TM) technology at the Winter NAMM Show in booth #326. Houston, who will appear Thursday through Saturday at 4:30 p.m., is known for his unconventional approach to teaching piano that enables virtually anyone to learn to play in a matter of hours. QRS Music underwrites The Piano Guy with Scott Houston weekly television series, which began airing on public television in 2003 and covers over 90% of the TV households in the country on a weekly basis. In addition to his show, more than 15,000 people have attended Houston's workshops and there are more than 250,000 copies in print of Houston's inspiring and humorous book, Play Piano in a Flash, a comprehensive yet fun guide to learning the fundamentals of piano. Play Piano in a Flash for Kids is scheduled for national release in the first quarter of 2006. Houston's Christmas DVD will be his second SyncAlong(TM) release for QRS.
