Statement on Schedule 14C filed on December 6, 2016, Sino Agro Food, Inc. (the “
Company
”) intended to file an
amendment (the “
Amendment
”) to its Articles of Incorporation with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada
to effectuate an increase in the Company’s authorized number of shares of common stock to 27,000,000. The Amendment was filed
on December 28, 2016. A copy of the Amendment is attached as
Exhibit 3.1
