THDS did not get CE, but sent to the Expert Markets.
MMs can still trade those.
MMs need a level to cover their shorts.

The EM could be the holding area for shells to get the 18months extention and avoid the $25 fee it takes to remove the CE.

I’m sure the last time is was updated it was not. Regardless it’s an empty company. Synergy management takes control of shell companies and places private companies in them. Clearly Ben is working to keep it safe from being delisted and that’s all that matters in the long run. :)

They haven’t filed since 1999. There is no viable company operating with the public vehicle. That defines a shell.
